Standard Rate:
If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your arrival, there is no charge. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival or if we are not able to re-sell the room, you will be charged 90% of the room rate.
Non Refundable Rate:
If you cancel a non-refundable booking, 90% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Group booking ( 3 rooms and more ):
If you are booking more than two rooms, you will need to pay for the whole reservation in advance. If you cancel or change your reservation up to 60 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change it later or if you don’t show up, 90% of the reservation will be charged.
Important information :
– Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by hills it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise and loitering during the evenings.
– No liquor parties are allowed at the premises.
– Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Sandal Rock,Sulikki Road, Vazhavandha Nadu, Semmedu Post, Kolli Hills
– Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
